The S130N-ISI module is a fully integrated power monitoring (PLC) communication module based on the Unicomsemi VC6330 chipset design.

The S130N-ISI module integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex M3 MCU and 32-bit DSP, embedded Flash, 1MB SRAM and rich communication interfaces.

The S130N-ISI module adopts stamp hole packaging, has ultra-small size and compact structure;and has on-chip integrated lines, low power consumption and strong noise resistance.
